Individual requirements – individual and competitive pricing

Translations are individual projects. Each translation implies different requirements. That is why there are no standard rates for translation services. In most cases, the price for translations will be charged per word in the source text.

Based on the text that needs to be translated, together with all other relevant information regarding your project, I will be pleased to send you an offer. If possible, please include the following information:

• In which language is the source text written, and into which language is it supposed to be translated?
• What type of text (e.g. manual, contract, newspaper article) is it?
• How long is the text?
• Does the text include any special formats which have to be kept?
• When must the translation be ready?
• Is any reference material available?

In order to be able to determine the length of the text to be translated and calculate an adequate price, it would be ideal if you could send me the text by e-mail in one of the common Office formats.
